Karlee talks about how easy the application and interview process was in joining Scrubbi. It was all so seamless and not as nerve-wracking as it is when applying to other places.

Karlee also loves the support she gets from the Care and Operations teams, who make her job much easier and more enjoyable.

But the biggest factor in why she loves Scrubbi is the flexibility she gets with her schedule. She can give herself 3 day weekends or go on trips to Banff if she wanted – she’s in control of her work/life balance.
