What is the Scrubbi Rewards Program all about?
We created the Rewards Program to show our Scrubbi cleaning professionals the appreciation that they deserve.

“From the moment that a cleaner joins the Scrubbi family, our goal is to start them off on the right foot.
This includes an informative orientation, a constant stream of feedback, and regular check-ins.
We care about the success of each Scrubbi team member so much so that we will set you up with as much helpful advice as we possibly can.
At Scrubbi our entire workforce is remote. We have cleaners working all across Canada. And one of our biggest goals is to motivate and appreciate each one of them in spite of the fact that we don’t get to see them everyday.
This is why we have a Rewards program. We’ve set apart various achievable milestones for each cleaner to hit and be rewarded for their hard work along the way.
So whether that be buying dinner, sending out a gift card, or even sending out a new phone, it’s important to us that everyday efforts are appreciated. The beauty of this program is that there are no hoops to jump through.
We believe that the work that our cleaners do is worthy of celebration. In an industry that can be constantly overlooked, we see the value in every single clean and we want to make sure that each cleaner knows that.
Our cleaners are the face of Scrubbi and the Care department’s job is to make sure that face keeps smiling.”
